According to the requirements of the Saudi local government, starting from January 1, 2026, all parcels arriving in Saudi Arabia must include a valid National Address for customs clearance and delivery.
The National Address must be provided in the form of a “Short Address.”
The Short Address consists of 4 letters + 4 numbers, for example: RAGI2929.

The recipient can obtain the address location by sending a message to Saudi Post (SPL) via WhatsApp
To ensure timely delivery of parcels, please make sure to provide the recipient’s correct National Address when shipping.
